At Leftloom, we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Item must be in its original packaging.
• Include all original accessories.
• Condition: gently used or like new.
• Return shipping to our U.S. address is at your cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos or videos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address at Checkout

If you’ve entered the wrong address, notify us within 24 hours so we can update it before shipping. Once your order is processed, we cannot change the destination or take responsibility for packages lost in transit. Contact the courier for further assistance.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? You have a 5-minute window after checkout to email us at support@leftloom.com. After this, your order will proceed, and you’ll need to follow the refund process after receiving your product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If your refund hasn’t posted within 15 business days, contact us at support@leftloom.com.
